HC Talent, a player agency and scouting organization, has renewed its partnership with Okwahu United for an additional two years.
Once a powerhouse in Ghanaian club football, Okwahu United has seen a decline in recent years. Founded in 1975, the club made a name for itself in the 1980s, representing Ghana on the continental stage. However, it currently competes in the Division One league, having fallen below the Ghana Premier League.
The club is eager to reclaim its former glory, and the renewed collaboration with HC Talent is seen as a significant step toward that goal. HC Talent specializes in supporting players and clubs in their pursuit of excellence, making this partnership a promising opportunity for the Division One team.

The extension of the agreement with Assase Aban signals a renewed sense of hope for Okwahu United. The scouting agency, now serving as the club’s official talent identification partner, has pledged a total of GHS 70,000 during this partnership extension. These funds will be used for essential resources, including new equipment and enhancing the club’s scouting network.
The partnership also aims to strengthen Okwahu United’s player development initiatives, a crucial component of the club’s strategy to assemble a competitive squad capable of excelling in various tournaments. By focusing on identifying and nurturing promising young talents, the club hopes to lay a solid foundation for future success.
Despite facing numerous challenges in recent years, this renewed collaboration brings optimism to the club’s loyal fanbase, who have longed for a return to the top tier. With this investment, Okwahu United is now poised to focus on its future by prioritizing grassroots talent development and effective player scouting.
